The Palestinian American Women’s Union Holds Its Annual Charity Event in Support of the Palestinian People

The Palestinian American Women’s Union held its annual charity event on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Knott’s Berry Farm Hotel, with a distinguished gathering of members of the Arab and Palestinian community and several prominent figures supporting the Palestinian cause.
The event began with a moment of silence in memory of the martyrs of Gaza and the Palestinian people, as a tribute to their noble sacrifices. Guests were then treated to a remarkable musical performance by Maestro Hassan Minawi, accompanied by the talented young artist Yara Khalifa, adding a patriotic and humanitarian atmosphere to the occasion.
The event’s host, Palestinian activist Reema Jallouq, welcomed the attendees and honored the steadfastness and resilience of the people of Gaza, emphasizing the importance of ongoing solidarity with the Palestinian people in their time of hardship.
The event reaffirmed the Union’s ongoing commitment to supporting the Palestinian people in their struggle for freedom and justice, and its efforts to provide humanitarian and relief aid to affected areas in Palestine.
The event featured a notable presence by American journalist Abby Martin, known for her bold stance in defending Palestinian rights and exposing the crimes of occupation to the global public. Jacob Berger also spoke, emphasizing the importance of humanitarian solidarity with the Palestinian people and supporting their legitimate struggle.
The event concluded with expressions of gratitude to all attendees and supporters who contributed to the success of this charitable occasion, reaffirming the Union’s dedication to continuing its humanitarian and national mission in raising global awareness of the Palestinian cause
